Such an amazing hotel and amazing team. I had to choose Melas based on the good feedback on booking.com, so I realised that all that I read was exactly the same. My experience was wonderful. I worked in hospitality for more than 7 years in the best hotels in London. Neal's Hotel really deserves the 5 stars. Starting from the porters to the management everyone is doing his best to make sure that you will feel at home. Big thanks to Mr. Arik and Mrs. Assu for taking care of me and my family and making my baby enjoy her first birthday. Husein and 56 are super helpful and smiley people.
