The staff were an embodiment of Taiwanese kindness. We stayed there during the last few days of our stay in Taiwan and we couldn't have been more happier to have chosen this hotel with this particular staff.. They went way and beyond to help us and make our stay interesting, comfortable and cosy! Thank you Kim, and thank you to the night staff who helped us with our laundry! Apart from the amazing staff, the hotel is well located, close to shopping, food and metro etc. We would gladly stay here again! Nice refreshed rooms and facilities. Breakfast is excellent, menu that changes daily. Location is unbeatable, MRT stop just 50 mtr, which is very convenient. Highly recommended.
