I liked the room. The room and staff were exceptional. My Mom loved the breakfast buffet. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff helped us with so many things. I didn't bring enough cash to a store 🏬. I came back to the hotel and paid the hotel in cash. They helped me pay the store and sent the items to me in HK. I thought that was excellent. They also helped my family get a half day tour to FuGuang Shan. Thanks for the great service.

The hotel is very well located close to Formosa Blvd MRT station. The staff is very polite, helpful and professional. Rooms are ultra sleek and nicely designed. Bed and pillows are comfortable. You have a very nice terrace bar with great views of the city.

Real talk: probably my favorite hotel stay ever. Almost junior suite sized rooms with kitchen nooks. Free snacks and drinks after 1pm at 16th floor lounge. Laundry facilities (100TWD for wash+dry, detergent available). MRT around a corner.
