Great location loved the balcony overlooking the river. Very expensive but right in tourist spot so I guess that’s what we had to pay

I love the hotel. It has characters. Wonderful the displays around the hotel. The location is so close to everything. Easy access to the riverwalk is a bonus. Lovely little bar in the voyer.

The location was fantastic. The extras like the complimentary breakfast and the evening kickoff were amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony overlooking the Riverwalk was perfect.

The suite was large and very clean. The kitchen was fully appointed. The location was ideal for us. It was a 15-minute walk to the Alamo and to the Riverwalk. Even better was that it was a 7-minute walk to the Alamodome. The staff are amazing, and the bed is comfortable. A shout out to Gloria at the front desk, who gave excellent recommendations on places to eat and to see.

Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible! Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!
