I had a fantastic stay at The Dagny, and I have to highlight the exceptional service I received from Ramy Chebbo at the front desk. I was greeted with a beautiful smile upon check-in and was lucky enough to have him assist with my smooth checkout as well—talk about full-circle service! Ramy made the whole process seamless and welcoming, and I was thrilled to receive an upgraded room. It was absolutely lovely—spacious, with a cozy lounge area, a separate bathroom, and all the comfort you’d want for a relaxing stay. The Dagny is stylish, well-located, and truly elevated by staff like Ramy who make guests feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing location, looking out over park. The upgrade was sooooo appreciated. Very confortable beds and room. Nespresso coffee in room, filtered water - all in price. Laura at Check-in was lovely. The gentleman on the desk as we left this morning (6am, 7th October) was also very friendly.
