The staff is AMAZING! Not only are they super helpful and professional, but they are very welcoming, accommodating and nice :-) The rooms are very spacious for NYC and we highly appreciated the welcome snacks, as well as water bottles & coffee caps being offered every day. The location is perfect, just 15min walk from Times Square & with subway very close by to access any other areas of the city.

I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.

    This park is right next to New York Public Library and is a great place to relax in the Concrete Jungle. It is surrounded by architecture... so having breakfast, or coffee at Bryant Park is a delight. It's not big so it's a quick visit.

    Beautiful spot to visit.

    Beautiful spot to visit. Another nice thing to do in NYC that doesn't cost a thing! During the Holidays, there is a "mall" of artists and vendors selling unique and fabulous creations! Such a great holiday gift shopping experience! In summer, the park is beautifully appointed with flowers, the lawn is fresh, there are performances and entertainment . . . great site to check out! And don't forget! The NYC public Library is part of the property! The front steps are iconic!

    The location of the apartment is very good. You are right between Times Square and Grand Central. You can reach metro stations fairly quick, and Bryant Park is right around the corner.

    The hotel was amazing in every aspect. We were incredibly satisfied with the staff, location, cleanliness - everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm-hearted. The location was in the best area of New York. After just a few steps, you reach Bryant Park. Transportation by subway and other means was very, very convenient. The cleanliness was quite good. We were very pleased.

    The hotel has a great location, it is close to the Grand Terminal Station and it is at a walkable distance from Times Square, Bryant Park, The Rockefeller Center, among others. It's close to plenty of restaurants as well. Everything in the room was thoroughly cleaned when we needed.

    The rooftop bar was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but probably still larger than most in the area. The location was superb (great Bryant park) and we took the train from JFK to Penn station which was very convenient for the hotel.

    The location is very good, just opposite Port Authority bus station and the subway is at the corner of the street. It is walking distance from Times Square, Empire State Building, Bryant Park and all other iconic places. Plenty of food options just at the end of the street. The hotel is well equipped, staff is courteous and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious.
