The design is really cool. Spacious rooms. Incredible staff. We went there for my birthday and my daughter had decided to send a bottle of champagne to the room. She said that the staff were super friendly and indeed when we arrived, there were two champagne glasses and a bottle in the fridge. It’s just a beautiful place with an absolutely amazing spa.

After a long flight from Dublin we were keen to have a comfortable room and bed - which the hotel amply provided. It seems a good, solid hotel that's been around a while. Would be amazing for plane spotters with a view from our window straight across to the end of the main SFO runway - and yet there was no noise! There are a number of restaurants nearby for an evening meal but nothing in the hotel. The breakfast was great though - loved the waffle machine! Nice walk by the water of the bay in the evening and morning. Appreciated the shuttle bus to/from SFO.
