Very disappointing.
Very disappointing. The room did not look like pictures at all. Neither did the outside. Just repainted room, very poorly....please do not pay painters for their work. Nothing on walls etc. to give one a welcome feeling. Paid for a king room with partial ocean view and fireplace.....not good...metal insert fireplace with paint drips dried on it and looked around a building which was not in any pictures to see ocean. Insult to injurY, after paying for this upgrade, the hall in which our room was located was a drop off for all the dirty laundry. Had to tip toe around it to get to our door. I was so throughly disgusted I was almost ready to leave but couldn’t get my money back!Guest review byJamesUnited States

Although the rooms at the front of the property on the main road may have been a bit noisy we had a room upstairs at the back and it was very easy to sleep. Reception staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Naomi. The hotel is located not far from Cannery Row and the Wharf and it was easy to find parking downtown.
