The hotel was clean , neat and the staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious with good amenities. We were offered a good breakfast. We had a view of the Epcot fireworks from our room balcony that we enjoyed every night.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the proximity to all the Disney parks, the quiet pool and the option to use the bigger hotel facilities. The apartment came with a laundry machine and detergent, so we appreciated being able to run a load. Rooms got cleaned every other day which is more than I expected. We'd definitely come back here

Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

The stuff was really nice, Maria and Emme made our experience to be exceptional. It had a suttle to Disney back and forth which was great! THe hotel was nice, cleen and breakfast was good, loved the Mickey Pancake maker.
