Location, cleanliness, and most of all, the staff! Kiara was really nice. She checked me in and did a good job. Also, the guy at the front desk on the 1st floor helped me with a forgotten item when i checked out my room. Orlando AC hotel is 5x better than the Miami location. People in Orlando are much nicer! Their toilets work, and they have a microwave. It changes everything. The valet person outside the hotel was also cool!

Location is walking distance from bars and restaurants and from Lake Eola. It is also short uber to Uinveral, Sea World and the outlet if you want to go shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check In and check out was smooth and flexible. The bed and pillows are comfy. Definitely will be my go to when I'm in Orlando.

The room was great, the bed was very comfortable and big. Everything was clean. The mini fridge wasn't so mini, so that's a plus. The breakfast had good and yummy options. The hotel was close to the amtrak station and in a very nice area.

    We had a fantastic stay at this downtown Orlando highrise., the views were stunning. The buildings Amenities and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Orlando we enjoyed strolling around the lake and the sounds of the city. A great inconvenience. We would definitely recommend a spot to anyone looking for a great downtown Orlando experience.

    Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. The restaurant and bar are great. I can’t think of any other place I’d rather stay when I am downtown Orlando.
