The breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The top floor gym has amazing views, lots of equipment, and spacious. It was my birthday and the manager (Benson) was kind to upgrade my room that has amazing views on the 25th floor. I would definitely come back on my next trip to NOLA

The location was ideal ! It was close to everything (shops, restaurants, must-see attractions), and very quiet at the same time. The room was comfy and clean. The outside was very pretty, with fountains, a sort of patio area, and a pool. Also, for people looking for an hotel that provides breakfast, know that it is really not a must in this area, as you have places that serves breakfast just next to the hotel, and Café du Monde is also located almost across the street.

Perfect location for attending the Mardi Gras it was within very short distance to Canal street for the parades and Burbon Street. The hotel is relatively quiet. The pool on the rooftop great chill spot. You must book for the restaurants we unfortunately were not able to get a meal there though menu looked amazing it was very expensive. There is a shop near the hotel.for alcohol and.groceries

Jackson Square

No matter when you visit, Jackson Square Park is a hubbub of activity – and a people-watching hotspot. Outside, local artists proudly display their paintings along the park’s railings while buskers entertain passers-by with tunes of every musical style. Inside, you’re bound to meet loved-up newlyweds posing for pictures with St Louis Cathedral behind them.

Feels a bit like the heartbeat of the port side of the city.

Feels a bit like the heartbeat of the port side of the city. It opens on the Mississippi river one one side and the cathedral on the other, while all around are artist selling interesting pieces or making your portrait on the spot. There are musicians too, fortune tellers and tarot people. There was a poem writer too. Just an interesting place.

Jackson Square has some wonderful history to it and a beautiful cathedral you should stop in and see. Also, Cafe Du Monde is right there, BUT...it gets very crowded very quickly. If you are after Begniets and chickory coffee...you can find the very same thing at so many other little cafes all over the French Quarter, I suggest you skip Cafe Du Monde and get a better deal elsewhere.

The location of the hostel is ideal for a stay in Nola, 5 min walk from bourbon Street & 10 from Jackson square. The hostel itself provides a super comfy, homely environment from the balcony with egg chairs and couches to the outdoor movie room.

The location is fantastic for those who want to spend their time around the French Quarter - it is located in a quiet street, but both Bourbon Street and Frenchmen Street, as well as the Jackson Square tourist areas are within walking distance. The hotel is also pretty charming, and the staff is extremely friendly and not intrusive.

Great location - just a street away from Bourbon Street and Jackson Square, but far enough to be more relaxed. A great pool area in the courtyard. Nice design. Valet parking (a bit expensive, but this is in the centre of New Orleans!) Plenty of good places to eat nearby (and a local supermarket).

Located on Royal St close to Cable Street. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Jackson Square, the Market etc. The excellent Mahogany Jazz Club is in the same block. It was comfortable and clean enough. Overall it was good value. We were happy with our choice to stay there.

This was my second stay at this hotel (previous one eight years ago!). In a way that speaks for itself. Location fantastic, with Bourbon Street a few steps in one direction and Royal Street/Jackson Square a few steps in the other. I didn't have breakfast there (Café du Monde's beignets are also close!) but my room was excellent and the hotel clean and welcoming. For its location in particular, I found the price very reasonable. Recommended 100%.

The room is finely furnished, welcoming and so nice! Not only the room, but the garden —super green— is also awesome and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, the room is huge for 2: you have all the space you need to unpack and repack with ease. The position is also great, just 10 minutes walk from the edge of the French Quarter, 15-20 minutes from Jackson Square.

Great characterful hotel, in a fabulous location only minutes from Jackson Square, the French Quarter, Bourbon St and Frenchman St. Rooms were generously sized, spotlessly clean and had large bathrooms. Rooms were serviced daily. Staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and assisted when we needed to seek medical attention for a child. Highly recommend as a great, value for money option in the French Quarter and would stay again.
