This place is called H by Hospitality for a reason, the staff were amazing, and very welcoming at 2 AM in the morning when we arrived and they even offered us a late check out. The room was great and decorated with flair. The next morning the place was buzzing and we were met with the same warmth and hospitality as the night before. A place to come back to.

The location is perfect in the heart of downtown. If you want to watch a game at staples/crypto arena or attend a conference or even visit tourist attractions like Sta. Monica, Venice, Grand Central Market, The Grove, Farmers Market, and Hollywood this place is perfect. We stayed here 5 years ago and decided to stay again, we will 100 percent stay again in the future. I highly recommend this place! Oh, Fixins is just across the street, it’s a must try specially jumbos and chicken. Love the vibes there, great ambience and great food! Shout out to Mr. Tony, amazing guy and great customer service at the lobby/front desk.

The rooms are lovely. There was a problem with my first room, so I was upgraded to a suite, which was excellent. But both rooms were high standard. The shower water pressure in the suite was the best in any hotel I've stayed in. The hotel was as described, which is very important. The views are great from both rooms, not just the suites. Convenient location. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back for the TGAs.

The rooms were squeaky clean and smelled fresh. Linen was also white, clean and ironed. Hallway was quiet easy to get some rest. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lobby was so beautiful with a great ambience, a coffee Cafe downstairs with a bar and restaurant was so lovely. The security is tight, they changed card everyday for a new one to access the elevator and room so l felt very safe. The staff so kind amd helpful both the reception amd rooftop. The rooftop was such an amazing space to be at, so cozy with good music and company. The area is safe to walk around, l took walks every night to go grab something or using the public transports, and yes also safe for woman traveling solo. There's food trucks, cafés, restaurants all over the street even inside the building. Don't know why it's regarded as a "hostel" the place looks and feels like a hotel for me, just except the sharing part which by the way l met 3 amazing roommates, we got along and respected each other's space, time and preferences had no issues at all.

    Went to a lakers game at the now “crypto arena” great game, amazing atmosphere and very friendly staff. All professionally run and family friendly. It’s easy to get there via the metro tram system and beats the crowds when you’re leaving as no need to line up forever to get your car.
