Excellent location. The staff is diverse, lovely, always ready to help and provide information about the city (places to eat, how to use transportation, things to do). The room is so techie, I loved it! I also liked the fact that we can use the common spaces to have a meal, even if it was something bought outside the hotel. The (free) water fountain at the bar was very useful. The hotel is full of nice and humorous details, it was fun to spend some time looking at them.

Located next to Chinatown, this hotel is 3 km from San Francisco Art Institute. It boasts a rooftop garden and patio, and offers free WiFi.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at, the location was at the start of Chinatown,very quiet and the staff were happy and helpful. Would go back again👍

The property was in a great neighbourhood and the staff were all incredibly friendly. It felt like a good place to come back to and unwind at the end of each day.

The location was great for us, near my daughter, but its also right on the muni line so easy to get around. The accomodation itself was great. It was good to stay in an older property with all it's original features intact and in great condiftion.

Just 10 minutes' walk from Union Square and the Financial District, this luxury hotel offers on-site dining. A fitness centre is also available.

The Ritz is a high standerd hotel. The location is perfect voor a city trip. You can walk to almost every this. Or the hotel bring you with the courtesy car. The Employees are very professional en extremely helpful and friendly. They take the time to help you with almost everything

The hotel was located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco right next to the Crocker Galleria. There was a very pleasant rooftop garden for hotel guests to explore. My room was very quiet even though it was in the city centre. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning as well as a special happy hour from 5 to 6 pm every evening for drinks. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
