An amazing stay at L7 Chicago by LOTTE! From check-in to checkout, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable — we loved the modern design and attention to detail. The amenities were great, and the location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do in Chicago. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Chicago. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, super central to everything. You can walk to so many sightseeing places. Beautiful view from the room (11th floor) over the lake, pier and surrounding buildings. Amazing swimming pool, very decent size to swim (go early before families arrive). Room spacious enough, bright and clean, with comfortable beds. The building of the hotel itself is gorgeous, you can spot it from far, including from Skydeck

I’m a Brazilian tourist, and I stayed at the Moxy Chicago for a week during the last week of July. My experience was amazing—simple and laid-back vibe, great location for exploring, felt super safe, and had plenty of good food options. And my stay couldn’t have been better, thanks to Jared, Camila, and Cristal. Top-notch customer service—super helpful, attentive, and full of cool ideas for things to do around the city. They made all the difference... Huge thanks to them!

Location very good 5/6 minute walk away from the Willis Tower ( The Ledge ) . Subway the ' L' on your door step, Union Station 5/6 minute away .staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious room .Elephant and Castle sports bar next door lovely food friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay in this spacious and trendy apartment. Having a washing machine/dryer was so handy, as was left luggage facilities. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals, with a very nice stove and oven. Great Korean supermarket just down the road. Self check in was easy. Bed was comfy although is on the soft side. Perfect place to stay if you are coming or going from union station.

The location is very central, in a walking distance to the Union Station, 2 metro stations and many other spots. Bed is comfy. Room is quite spacious. The sofa is a bit outdated but it is not critical. Bathroom is very clean and has everything necessary. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge and microwave. The reception personnel is friendly. There is a pub next door which was very helpful for the late arrival dinner. The overall experience for 1 night is very positive.

We were able to get a bus from Union Station which dropped us off less than a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The river walk trail is easy to get to and only 5 minutes away on foot. The room was stunning with a huge bed, sofa and desk. The breakfast buffet was incredible! Without doubt the best I have ever had anywhere.

Modern and comfortable. I was able to secure an upgrade at a discounted price so the room was fantastic. On the 14th floor. Spacious and beautifully furnished. Loved the location. Close to Union Station. Plenty of eating places nearby. I was given a late check-out (1pm) for free. Outstanding.
