Our stay at the Hanoi Emerald Waters was amazing. The welcoming was super warm with a drink, opening doors and friendly staff that helped with the luggage. We got great hints for good food and shopping places and lots of instructions how to behave in Vietnam. The rooms itself have been totally clean and pretty modern. We also got a free room upgreat. The staff speaks good english and is really eager to help you make the best out of the stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had many options. It was definitly the best we hotel we had during our three weeks in Vietnam! Highly reccomended.

This Accomodation has the best location and personel. Our first contact we had with Rosie - manager and she gave us all the neccesarry informations, but when we arrived all of them were very kind and helpful with everything. They managed for us trips, taxi from and to airport, told us where to get the best food, arrange for us puppet theatre tickets. Very good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.
