Super friendly and helpful staff. She gave us a city map and spent over 15 minutes explaining how to get around, where to go, interesting activities, and even how much we should pay for everything. The room also exceeds our expectation. Clean, new, and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more from this price. The best part for me is their free walking tour. You get to meet people from their other branches in Hoi An and walked around while listening to interesting history and culture of Hoi An from a local guide. Only paid for the 4 dollar ticket for all the sites.

We live in Hanoi and this is our favourite place to come for a little holiday from the craziness. Staff were so friendly and accommodating on our first trip with our 4 month old baby. Extra complimentary services like foot massage and coffee/cake; free shuttle to An Bang beach and loungers/towels to use there; bicycles and just a perfect location to stroll into the old town in the evenings. Beautiful sunset views over the river from the pool (high enough to avoid mossys) and happy hour with quality cocktails.

The hostel is perfectly organized, they offer lots of events for a good price, there is a swimming pool, the location is great, the breakfast has plenty of options and the rooms are nice. Since the pool bar is pretty close to the rooms, and the nights are loud at the hostel, it’s worth to have earplugs for sleeping.

A shoppers paradise I had clothes made as well as a pair of leather sandles all within 2 days. The market is one of the best market towns I have been to. There are loads of massage parlours as well as nail and hair salons . However I chose to go to one in the actual market where only the local ladies go and it was a wonderful experience. I cannot express how much I loved Vietnam starting in Ho Chi Minh City and work g my way up to Hanoi. Its still relatively inexpensive and all the Vietnamese folk are welcoming friendly and so helpful.

You can get very tasty Cao Lao from the booths in the Hwy...

You can get very tasty Cao Lao from the booths in the Hwy Jan market for only 30,000 dong. In the restaurants you often have to pay 45,000 dong. Support these local women by eating at their food stands. The white roses dish is also a specialty in Hoi An.

It’s a good market but too many hawkers and shops with...

It’s a good market but too many hawkers and shops with crappy tourist accessories. There is the odd gem of a shop though. Cafes and restaurants are great. Reaching Out cafe is a must not only for the ambience, teas and coffees but the little arts and crafts shop out the back. Beautiful goods definitely handmade by disabled and disadvantaged locals.

The resort is like a small town within a town, and it is excellently located nearby the Hoi An Market. It provides free access to the Hoi A Memories Theme park which has many beautiful shops and dining options. The Hoi A Memories Show is a must-see event: it tells about Hoi An’s history with beautiful dance performances and stunning effects. The staff in this resort were the best compared to all the resorts and hotels that we have stayed at in Vietnam this year: they have been very accommodating, helpful and were always smiling.
