upon arrival, the staff there offered watermelon juice while we awaited our check in. A special shout out to Quinn, she has been extremely helpful providing us necessary info to move around the city freely. The bed was extra comfy and we rested our tired body every night, having hard time waking up the next day. This is the IT place to stay whenever i plan to go back to Hanoi.
