Very good location. Very comfy and clean accommodation. Brilliant customer service. friendliness and helpfulness. Staff make every effort to remember guests’ names and were always willing to help us make the most of our time in Hanoi. Our room was beautiful, clean and fitted with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was large and comfortable, and the water pressure of our shower was fantastic. We loved our time at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond and will definitely return next time we’re in Hanoi.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and honest. They helped personally for any questions I had. Brian took the time to explain how to navigate around with lots of good tips, he also arranged my Tam coc drive back to Hanoi. Rose and Kimmie's service was fantastic as well. The location is awesome, lots of GOOD sovinour shops around, good vibe restaurants and also there are tons of street food. It is centered to all attractions.

Perfect location near the church but still quiet at night. Beautiful roof top terrace with a table and some chairs. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of buffet and warm food and was delicious. The two staff ladies at the reception (Sunny and Lisa) were super friendly and helpful. They had recommendations for all our needs and also helped to make restaurant reservations and book trips. Thank you once again for the lovely stay!
