Amazing hostess, extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us organise tours, facilitated an early checkout (even making sure breakfast was made fresh at 6:30am), and helped us organise a transfer to our next destination when our driver failed to show up. Breakfast was made to order and was very tasty. The location and the exterior of the building are beautiful, and it's not too far from the main attractions. Our cabin had everything we needed, except a fridge to keep drinks cold. Otherwise I was quite happy with the facilities. We didn't use them, but bikes are available for free as well, which would have been very convenient if we'd had more time.

The attention to details made our stay very special. more than a welcome drink we were served fruits and cake upon arrival, hot tea every time we came back and in the evening we got a hot foot-bath with ginger tea! Tuan and his team made us feel really welcome. Tuan gave us great recommendations for our stay and organised reliable and professional transport even during the Tet holiday. the bungalows are simple but clean and comfortable. place is nicely located. 5 min walk from the centre of Tam Coc, yet remote from the noise of the town. The food was also a plus: big hearty breakfast, authentic Vietnamese food available for diner and lunch ! We will surely come back for a longer stay !

The only place I will stay at in Ninh Binh. I would recommend it over and over again. The staff has been incredibly helpful, food was delicious and reasonably priced even though they could have charged way more. Pool was fresh and no fights about sunbeds. Rooms were amazing! Looking forward to my next stay.

    There are a variety of boating tours, we did the Mua Cave. It was a few magical serene hours on the boat, where you can absorb the breathtaking casts that preside over the landscape whilst taking in the birds and tropical greenery.
