Everything was very good at this hotel. When I arrived the receptionist asked for my ID and told me to sat down. I was given a juice and fruit while the check-in proccess was ongoing. When it was done I was accompanied to show me my room and my luggage was brought to me. I also visited the skybar where the guys were really friendly, and they also recommended some places to go to. The hotel is nearby to Vietnam's old quarter and also the Train Street is only 5 minutes walk. Also the spa was amazing.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, the room & bed were comfortable, and there were loads of nice little touches like free tea & pastries available in the lobby in the afternoon. Great location, central but very quiet rooms, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic too. Easily the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam!
