The room and whole public space were so clean. And the staff were very kind and very considerate. And the Food! We enjoyed Japanese style of breakfast for the first time in Vietnam !

I recently stayed along with my family at The Legend Hotel in Hanoi, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the kindness and dedication of one staff member along with the other supervisor in particular – Luna. During our visit, my father unfortunately lost his wallet, which could have easily turned into a stressful ordeal. Luna went above and beyond to help us – she not only assisted in trying to locate the wallet but also personally accompanied us to the police station to make the entire process smoother and less daunting for us. Her genuine concern and willingness to help was incredible Beyond that, Luna and the rest of the team helped us with tour bookings, local recommendations, and countless small details that made our trip more enjoyable and hassle-free. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it’s the people who made it stand out. If you’re visiting Hanoi and looking for a place where you’re treated not just as a guest, but as a valued individual, I highly recommend The Legend Hotel.
