PERFECT!!! Right from the start, everything was well communicated. The facilities were extremely clean. The front reception staff helped with local knowledge and made you feel the most special guests. Breakfast was a buffet with hot cooked items from the menu included in price and great quality. Location: great cafes in the street and the church is so close. We utilised the spa that is connected to the hotel and it was so well priced compared to others and the amenities there were really clean. But the staff were the best experience. Everyone was a pleasure to interact with and go above and beyond to make your stay the best in Hanoi! We I’ll be back.
