The hotel is located at the shore of the Knysna Lagoon, 3 km from the city center, so It's tranquil and calm. I had a beautiful lagoon view at sunset time from my room. Additionally, all the staff are friendly and helpful. It's the perfect hotel for a relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Knysna Hollow Estate. The accommodation is spacious, modern, clean and the bed is very comfortable (A comfy bed is one of my must have’s). The staff were all super friendly and Cheryl, one of the manager’s, was efficient and could not have been more helpful.

    Definitely stop at Pearl view for a coffee! Going back up from the view points back towards the parking lot may strain those who have difficulty in walking.... If that is the case looking at the view from this restaurant is just as good!

    We had a fantastic stay at the Knysna Quays Waterfront property. The location is ideal & we could walk to the waterfront & all the restaurants. The views of the Knysna heads plus being right on the canals was spectacular & we could swim. The accommodation is beautiful & very inviting plus having the braai facilities on the water was a real treat. All the bedrooms were en suite & had fantastic views. We will definitely book there again.

    The community feel of the neighbourhood, and walking distance +- 100 metres to a very good coffee shop. Then within a very short walk you are at the sea with an excellent view of the Knysna Heads. There were bicycles to use to cycle around with lots of nature walks and benches to enjoy the scenery.

    I had a lovely extended stay while working remotely. The room was peaceful, internet connection sufficient, a 2 min walk to Woolies, friendly staff, room cleaned daily, decent breakfast, view of Knysna Heads… the list goes on. I would definitely stay here again.

    The location is excellent, we could walk 5 mins to a selection of cafes, restaurants and tourist shops to look around. It is only a 5 minute drive to Knysna Heads for an awesome view! The apartment itself was equipped for self catering (which we didn’t use!) and the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We only stayed one night but wished we had more time!
