The room was superb, very cosy apartment with adequate facilities and kitchenware. Room was very comfortable and well-lit, bed was big. The staff was very quick to response. The washing machine was out of order one night and the technician has fixed it before noon the next day. In general very satisfied with the stay!

The staff was responsive and extremely friendly, making us feel very welcomed. They genuinely cared about our happiness. The owner, a very nice lady, helped us set up the fireplace for me and my fiancée, gave us some blankets, helped me set up flowers for my fiancée, and even allowed us to stay a little later in the pool. The room was cozy, romantic, and clean. We will definitely be coming back again.

Elkhorn Lodge is lovely accommodation with great character in a beautiful peaceful location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Banff. Katrin sent us excellent directions to the property and there is plenty of parking on site. It is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is also very spacious with areas to sit outside in the garden. When we arrived JP was working on the finishing touches of the Outdoor Tub which is in a lovely situation.
