It is the most beautiful and cosiest hotel at the end of the world that you can imagine. Several wooden cabins in the Nordic style, several rooms in the main house and a big living and dining area with wood burner for everybody. Very personal, you feel like being at home, all food is sourced locally and is of exceptional quality, sustainability in every aspect is of utmost importance. Carolina is very friendly and helpful, provides valuable information about tours and organises whatever is required. Nothing is too big or too small for her. She is passionate about her hotel which opened in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. What an amazing project! Horses and chicken roam freely in the garden including the orchard. Humans and animals share the apples, gooseberries, etc. It is truly like in paradise!

Such a beautiful hotel with a laid back vibe and spectacular views of the Torres del Paine massif, the Rio Serrano and the horses! You even have views from the shower. Thank you to the lovely, friendly staff (Pia & Camila especially) and also to Diego who took us on a full day tour of the park which was just incredible! PS the photos on booking.com need updating!

The lodge is far more than my expectation. Spacious, clean and quiet, with all the facilities you need and you can cook by yourself. The staff and manager are very nice and helpful. Comparing to the hotels in the national park, the price is really very good. Moreover, the lodge is close to the entrance to the park, which is only 5 minutes driving distance. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

It is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service ispe impeccable. . The host and the guide are friendly and knowledgeable, also including good food, good views, and good itineraries.
