Alejandra and Luca are such amazing hosts. They made us feel like home! The bedroom was super comfy. As they just renovated the place last year, everything is super nice, new, clean. The food was amazing and we did book a coffee tour with Luca that was super interesting and insightful. The location is incredible since you can just walk up to the hot springs which is obviously the main attraction in town. More importantly though, the staff is incredibly kind and the breakfast is delicious!

All the people working here were soo incredibly sweet and friendly! We felt very welcome. The room was really nice, spacious and clean. A good breakfast was included and someone came to the hotel earlier to make it cause we had to leave at 7 in the morning. Service is absolutely great! The location is really good within 30 min walking distance of the center but still in nature. There are some really good restaurants next to the hotel. The owners of the hotel are also really friendly and helpful. They gave us a tour of the city and wanted to show us everything which was really sweet! Would def come back next time!
