I don't think I can have enough words or space here to describe my whole wonderful experience. All I would say it to book it without any hesitation. Hacienda Santa Rosanna is not a hotel, it's 100% better. Hacienda Santa Rosanna is not an Airbnb, it's 100% better. Let's say it's like travelling to meet some family members for the 1st time, you grew up knowing you had cousins lets say in Santa Rosa De Cabal and decided to go and meet them for the 1st time. You arrive and have that huge feeling of homestay, they welcome you and treat you like VIP. Make sure you're 100% comfortable, ask you what you'd like to eat/drink, if you need help with transportation, anything!! And they also have on site coffee tours incl: coffee picking, coffee tasting and local food lunch. So you can have a whole experience when staying here. I thought I would have to book it separetely not realizing that I was staying at a coffee farm-:) If I were a local, I would definitely come at least every quarter to relax & recharge. The location is excellent, only a five minute walk to the thermal baths. The owners are the nicest people, and their dog Coffee is adorable. Breakfast was super tasty too. After spending the day in the thermal baths, sleeping with the sound of the river is so relaxing. Easily the best night we've had in our trip! ❤️

All the people working here were soo incredibly sweet and friendly! We felt very welcome. The room was really nice, spacious and clean. A good breakfast was included and someone came to the hotel earlier to make it cause we had to leave at 7 in the morning. Service is absolutely great! The location is really good within 30 min walking distance of the center but still in nature. There are some really good restaurants next to the hotel. The owners of the hotel are also really friendly and helpful. They gave us a tour of the city and wanted to show us everything which was really sweet! Would def come back next time!

Hacienda Guayabal welcomed us when we arrived pretty late and treated us very warmly. We had an odontological emergency that Jorge solved by making an urgent appointment with a trusted professional he knew of. We took the Coffee Tour to learn how little we knew about coffee. We also spent some hours watching hummingbirds.

The grotto is an experience not to be missed set in a beautiful area of countryside. The host was one of the most attentive hosts I've met, making my stay something to remember. If your going to Pereira I recommend you stay here I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend! Really warm hospitality and beautiful ensemble with stunning views. It’s a perfect refuge to see the classics of the coffee region in the south (Valle de cocora, Salento) and also go to the breathtaking northern coffee zone with Chinchina and around Palestina.

The location of Claro de Luna is great - a beautiful garden just by the river, frequently visited by colibras and other birds. Perfect to relax after a long day of trekking. The cabin is simple but clean and comfortable. Water in the shower was hot enough, Wi-Fi was ok. And the lady who owns the place is so kind and helpful! She was quick to answer every question and checked on us frequently.
