We loved our stay at Niyati. The perfect location nearby to the beach and lots of lovely shops and restaurants. We loved the heritage architecture inside. A nice bonus is there is a pub next door which was an enjoyable home comfort for us. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about this place is homely, from the pantry that is open to all, to the food which seems home cooked and not commercial (and also comes at a low cost). There are only 2-3 options each time for breakfast and dinner, but everything I tried tasted good. (I didn't ask if they also serve lunch as I was eating outside). The hotel has direct well water, which means all the water from the taps is drinkable. Towels and other amenities are provided upon request (but they only gave one towel per room).

Absolutely beautiful property and room was clean. Staff are extremely friendly. Great Kerala breakfast in the morning too. 30 second walk to the beach. I will be back!
