Best breakfast we had during our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka! Lovely Cabanas & super kind owner and team :) Also the dog Roxy is so cute! Walking to the beach takes a while but with a TukTuk it’s only 5 min and costs 1.00-1.50 Euro 😊 Would definitely come back 😊

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place itself is truly beautiful, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the area. We stayed here for three days and felt very comfortable. The cottage built in the garden of the family is very stylishly furnished and has everything you need. Great interior design. It even has a very large refrigerator, dishes, and a sink. Malik and his family take really good care of their guests. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful (so much so that we made ourselves packed lunches). And Malik's brother once brought us some delicious homemade cookies, just because I had told him that I like sweets. You can borrow two bicycles for free, which we did once to explore the surrounding area and ride through the rice fields. Malik is a very good contact when it comes to organizing excursions. He gave us great tips and organized a good driver for a day trip to the rainforest. He also speaks excellent English (which is unfortunately not often the case in Sri Lanka), so it's easy to have a conversation with him. He is an awesome guide himself and spent a morning showing us around the old town and fort of Galle, and we learned lots of new and interesting things. Highly recommend to go on a guided tour with him, if he is around. If we come back to Galle, we will definitely stay here again!

The accommodation met all our expectations. The owners and the staff were very nice, kind, helpful and friendly. We had a great time here. Everyone took very good care of us and made our stay as cozy as possible. Nothing was a problem for them. The accommodation is very clean, with air conditioning and above-standard toiletries. The pool is always clean and refreshing. You definitely have to try the restaurant because the chef is an absolute pro and we haven't had such a good meal in a long time. Portions are huge. Thank you for all your care and your profesionality. Such a georgeous, safe, lovely and amazing place.

Ocean pearl Cottage is a place where you can feel right at home. The owners do everything possible to fulfil your needs and wishes, may it be for meals or drinks or organisation of trips. The Place is very quiet, clean and located in a Small Street just a Couple of Minutes walk away from the Ocean. the Beach is amazingly clean, long and has a Turtle Conservation project close by. I really enjoyed staying in Ahungalla at Oceans pearl for a couple of days and will definitely be back.

Couldn’t be better!! Room clean nice and big. Owner friendly and if you need help, just ask. They contacted us 1 day after we booked the room, if we need help. Location is perfect!!! The only thing is, the railway is next to the house. Could be loud, but if you go for surfing is like an alarm to wake up and move your body:)
