Everything was great. Such a relaxing atmosphere. We also left an item behind when checking out and only realised a few days later - the staff organised a safe return of item to us! The hotel and grounds are very well maintained + the pool was great . Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay here again when we come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yala Village Eco Tree House. The family and Stuff are super lovely and caring. We had a campfire, played games and enjoyed the noices of the animals. The rooms are easy but clean & comfortablE. We also booked our Yala safari with them and were lucky to see elefants, leopard etc. All in all we highly recommand to stay at this place!

The room is quite spacious. It's the biggest room we've stayed in the whole Sri Lanka trip. The staff were very friendly. They helped us to prepare the other morning's breakfast package for the Safari tour. We left for the Safari at 5:30a, our breakfast had been there ready. It's at the end of a small village road, and there's a pond in front of the hotel. It's quiet.

Very nice little hotel in a beautiful setting! You can pick up fresh mangos in the garden end enjoy a nice view overlooking the ricefields! Tharek, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and attentive to all needs and questions!

Excellent room, service, hospitality, cuisine, and location. Excellent garden and pool area. You can even observe fireflies at night. The owner organised the safari trip for us, and breakfast was prepared in the morning for the expedition. One of the nicest accommodations in Sri Lanka.

Appu and his family couldn't do enough for us and Navin ,the owner organised a wonderful guide for our safari. The premises was spotless with big, airy rooms and the meals were delicious.

This place is the definition of a getaway. truly remote. Never thought I'd experience this side of Sri Lanka on this holiday. Very nature based, local food, got to speak to the people in the villages on how they cultivate their crops, went on a very scenic bike ride with friends in the evening with the best views. The RIVER! wow loved every bit of it. We spent around 3 hours here and had a final dip before leaving the next day too. The water flowing over the shoulders felt like a free spa treatment.
