NorwayThe view and sundowner there is as amazing as the place we stayed. Big rom and bathroom etc. Pure luxury, but a great price. We heard it ws called the Arizona of Mexico and understood why very soon.
We were greated by the lovely couple that owned and ran the place, and they took great care of us. Ended up in a long conversation over a bonfire with CP (owner) and got some great tips for the rest of our trip that we used and liked.
Both dinner and breakfast was made in an open kitchen, the chef made som great food and came to talk to us which was very nice. Will come back for sure.
We had so mant great sundowners on the trip, but think the most beautiful one was at Ugab :)

The lodge itself is beautifully constructed, set amidst a farm with animals. The owner was exceptionally kind, offering suggestions and taking time to chat with us before and after dinner. He even generously offered us a 10-minute drive around the farm the next morning, knowing of my interest in seeing an oryx up close. It’s so beautiful and the setting is so striking. The food was incredible, filet of kudu was outstanding, and dinner on the top of the rock (Eagles Nest) was such a breathtaking setting. The two pools, friendly staff and comfortable rooms were fantastic. Asser and his staff all the way. We stayed the night at their "Heavens Gate" bungalow - all by it self on top of the mountain. A short walk up the hill from the lodge, but sure worth it.
