The room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the location was both ideal and original. Everything is very well looked after. The hosts were very helpful, and I really appreciated the easy access to the outside at night directly from the room to enjoy stargazing.

SwitzerlandWe (Swiss and Germany) met on the Abel Tasman Track in New Zealand in October 1988. We have never been back to the country since. Now, as retirees, we were able to realise our dream of another long trip. Skyscape was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! The view, the stars, the full moon, the cheese and sausage platter, it doesn't get any better than this! Thank you for the wonderful time and the memories we can take with us!

GermanyGreat location at the bottom of Lake Pukaki with awesome view onto Mt. Cook. The property provides super service and is completely off-grid and self sustained. Food was awesome. We loved the star gazing - well educated, super comfy and we saw galaxies with our plain eye.

Amazing views out of our room of the duck pond and the mountains in the background. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with an amazing spa bath in the bathroom. Mel was the most amazing host and made us feel so welcome, and went out of her way to help - including dinner recommendations and ten serving us breakfast earlier than scheduled due to an early start.
