Amazing hostel, did not expect this level of luxury so deep in the canyon. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and modern. Staff, which seem to consist of family members, are pleasant and helpful. Food is delicious

Best stay in Llahuar! Rooms are basic but clean and warm during the night. I had a room with stones inside and it was very nice! Really hot shower any time! Beautiful garden to relax, with 3 pools with thermal water. You can also go to 2 pools right on the river. Stunning views of the canyon and the river, from atop you see everything. Delicious dinner, tasty pancakes for breakfast. The staff is super helpful, you feel at home, very cosy and relaxed vibe. Easy to reach from san juan, 4 hrs walking. Transport can be arranged to cabanaconde if you don't want to climb up. Highly recommend this place!

Very basic but clean collection of small huts at the bottom of the canyon. The staff was kind, food and cold drinks were great after a hot day of hiking and the hot springs in the most amazing setting are absolutely stunning. We enjoyed our afternoon and evening a lot!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. Our room had the most magnificent view, everything was clean, the pool and the grounds were immaculately maintained. This place was the highlight of our trip. When you realize that each piece of furniture and material had to brought down the canyon manually one by one, you really appreciate all the amenities that you have. Just incredible.

An absolutely exceptional experience! The ladies working there went out of their way and beyond for us and deserve a 12/10 rating. Amazingly beautiful scenery, great breakfast, and super comfortable beds. Everything was clean. We were served cocoa tea upon arrival and enjoyed a delicious meal in the afternoon. Because we had to leave early the next day (05:00), the staff made us a big and lovely breakfast at 04am. Nothing to say but a perfect stay!

Amazing location. Many walks along canyon ridge starting right from hotel. Run primarily by a very hard-working and kind and thoughtful family. Food was farm-to-table. Views are so great you should spent at least two full days there to get full appreciation. Beautiful eco lodge and amazing hospitality by the family. Thank you so much for a great experience, and for organizing a 5am cab to Chivay for us :)
