Fantastic location in the reserve. Great food and excellent service by the team there. The restaurant headed by Ex Chef Rea was a treat listening and catering to our every whim despite us being a large group. To top the service was the hospitality with the complimentary cakes, wines for our birthday and anniv in our group. Not to mention the beautiful dance by team to bring in the birthday. The game safari guide James was super … thanks for making our trip so memorable. Wish we had stayed more than a day !

We have been to many Safari lodges in South Africa, however, Impodimo has been hands down the best Safari lodge we have experienced. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and organised. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had the best possible stay with them. The service was amazing. Our guide Ruben and tracker Sam were incredible and made our viewings of the big five (and much more!) a memorable experience. They were both incredibly informative and happily answered our many questions. There were many small touches which made our stay at Impodimo very special. Our lodge was gorgeous. It was incredibly clean and had all we needed. Last but no way least, the food was faultless. Impodimo put on a spectacular breakfast, high tea, and three course dinner. Even the snacks on the game drive were top tier. We can’t wait to visit again!

The lodge is beautiful, in touch with nature all around it. Our lodge had views to the water hole where lots of animals drank water, we could see elephants through our window, it was wonderful. The ranger (Elliot) took us in amazing safari game drives around the park twice a day. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is delicious. We totally loved it! Can’t wait to go back

What a place! I could honestly go on forever about how amazing Madikwe Hills Private Game Lodge is! We were return travelers and had another truly incredible stay. From stunningly beautiful rooms, wonderful and very friendly staff, absolutely amazing wildlife and delicious food- nothing is short of perfect. We just wish we stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

We were recommended Rockfig by friends who had stayed there previously and had just raved about it. We had an absolutely fanastic stay at Rockfig over the Easter holidays. Hanru was our guide for the safari trips and he was extremely knowledgeable and taught the boys so much about tracking skills, and various facts about the different animals we spotted. The whole team back at the lodge were great, and the food was outstanding. Can't recommend the lodge enough.

Everything . Location is perfect- on the ridge with a fantastic view. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and clean. The food is excellent.
