I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Stanley Island, from Jack's pleasant welcome to the wonderful room and view over the grazing zebras. Everything was perfect, this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Tamodi Lodge was a great base base for exploring the Garden route - it is close to Tsitsikamma, Nature's valley and Robberg nature reserve. The room was very comfortable and the view from our suite was incredible! There is a wine cellar at the hotel so go and grab yourself a wine and light up the fire place in you room for a cozy evening. The service was impeccable and we felt very much at home. Our only regret was that our booking (3 nights) was too short!

The location is stunning with a 280 degré view towards nature. Breakfast offers big choices with several tasteful dishes. Staff is friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower that was part of room number 1.

This is such an amazing place! The room was perfect and had everything you need. The view from the balcony was just stunning. The perfect place to relax and listen the voices of the nature. Sue and Albert are very caring and nice people. We strongly recommend this place to everyone.
