This was our 4th visit and every bit as good as the others.The food is outstanding and the staff friendly and helpful. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The subtle "bush" decor and perfect position of the property in the Timbavati area. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The game drives were well organised and professionally undertaken.

Breakfast was very good. There was a standard menu and a daily special. The food quality was very good and the service exceptional. There was both hot and cold options (or both if you were still hungry). I loved the poached egg and spinach on toast (daily special)

We loved the exciting and comfortable game drives, the sundowners in the bush, the knowledgeable, friendly staff - we loved eating with the staff and other travelers at dinner - all communal areas were spotless and comfortable - staff was always on hand to ask questions or get a drink. The wildlife guides, Connie and Taybon, were just phenomenal, and the food was all delicious and rooms/showers were very comfortable! Location, animals (we saw SO MANY), everything outstanding.

The bungalows/chalets are so beautiful! Crisp fresh linen and very comfortable beds! Exactly what you need after a long day in the Kruger Park! The lodge is upmarket and very pleasant on the eye. A hidden gem!
