He also gave great recommendations for activities before arrival and during our trip.

Surrounded by a lush garden, Mallin Colorado Ecolodge offers wooden cottages overlooking General Carrera Lake. There is a restaurant serving regional and international dishes, and a buffet breakfast is served daily. There is a private beach 2 km away. Great lodge in a wonderful location and unexoectedly good food. Very helpfull staff, Definitely worth the relatively high price.

A bicycle rental service is available at Alto Castillo Lodge, while hiking and cycling can be enjoyed nearby. This is an amazing place. You feel at home immediately and Néstor is the prefect host. We enjoyed the meals and the view from our room. This place comes highly recommended.

A children's playground is available for guests at the lodge to use. Nothing. The host was mean and hostile from the moment we got there. The first and only bad experience I had on our trip. Stay away from this place and save yourself the trouble.
