An American breakfast is available at the lodge. We had an excellent stay at El Arrayan and will come back here when we have a chance. The cottages are modern and well equipped with comfy beds and a stove (prepare to fire-up before bed time as in other places at Carretera Austral too). Pablo and his wife were super hospital with fantastic and healthy breakfast and gave very helpful recommendations for places to explore around Puerto Guadal (very worthwhile to visit Mina Esquinada, Cuevas de Puerto Guadal and the Maqui waterfall). I would also highly recommend to choose dinner at El Arrayan, it's a modern and delicious interpretation of Chilean food with a regional touch which Pablo artistically prepares. It was probably the best dinners and Pisco Sours we had in our whole stay in Chile. Thank you for the beautiful 3 days!

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Don't miss this incredible stay if you happen to be in the area!! Ruben is an amazing person and an incredible host.  Peuma lodge is located in a breath taking forest clearing with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains, a small river crossing the grassy land, it's absolutely perfect.  We stayed in a specious and beautifully decorated wooden cabin with the MOST comfortable bed we had in our entire 2 months vacation.  The place had a fire place that keeps it warm and cozy.  The bathroom was very big and luxurious, it was a pleasure.  We were arrived after a long drive and spent 2 nights. Although there are many trails and other attractions in the area - with which Ruben can help you - the weather was rainy so we decided to stay in and had the most comfortable stay we could ever hope for. We got to use the hot tub and sauna, play ping-pong in the club house, walk around the wooden paths and read a book by the fireplace in the beautiful common area and it was absolutely magical. Ruben was so attentive to anything we needed!  We would 100% stay here again if we are in the area!

Surrounded by a lush garden, Mallin Colorado Ecolodge offers wooden cottages overlooking General Carrera Lake. There is a restaurant serving regional and international dishes, and a buffet breakfast is served daily. There is a private beach 2 km away. The best property and food on the Carratera Austral.

Suites at Patagonia Lodge are decorated with tasteful wooden floors and matching autumn décor. All have heating, and some have living rooms and spacious decked balconies. Some rooms have a TV with streaming services. Fantastic gardens, landscaping, views to the valley and the Mackay hill, amplitude of rooms, architecture, quietness, food.

Tranquilo Austral features lake views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Puerto Tranquilo, 1.3 km from Marble Chapels.

Fitted with a terrace, the units offer air conditioning and feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A microwave and kettle are also provided. This was our Gem place for the whole trip duration! Such a beautiful place with a wonderful view 🥰 we have been lucky with weather and the colours were amazing. I enjoyed a lot the shower, I have found the shower water mostly coldish in many hotels in Chile. If you want to have a great stay, I really recommend this place.

A bicycle rental service is available at Alto Castillo Lodge, while hiking and cycling can be enjoyed nearby. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, views of valleys and mountains. The food was not exceptional but well prepared. The Lodge itself is well designed in the farmhouse country-side kind of style, huge windows, nice furniture, and it feels like a private retreat rather than a hotel. The manager was exceptional- he was at 5 different places at the same time, finding time to greet all guests, offer meals and services and attention.

Set in Hornopiren in the Los Lagos region, Refugio Hualaihue offers accommodation with free private parking.

El Tepual Airport is 113 km away. Hermosa cabaña con excelentes vistas, muy limpia! Súper recomendable.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Ma Pu Lodge is a beautiful place. We woke up to a picture perfect painting of the lake, the trees, and the mountains. One of the two most gorgeous views we have ever had at a lodging.
