What I loved the most was the tranquil and serene environment, making it ideal for a romantic getaway. The cuisine was another highlight—every dish was delicious, but I especially recommend the roasted tomato soup. It was the perfect comfort food for a chilly night in the mountains.

We got an upgrade to the family hut which was such a pleasure to stay in. The staff were lovely, the food was great and the setting just amazing. Offering an indoor pool and a restaurant, Peace Lodge is located a 1-hour drive from San Jose in Vara Blanca. Free WiFi access is available in this lodge. The place is really unique, perfect for a special occasion getaway. Super clean and comfortable, the staff does everything to make sure you're happy. We needed more than one night to truly enjoy everything the place has to offer.

This lodge is set in the Tirimbina Nature Reserve and 2 km from De la Virgen Park. It features free Wi-Fi, an extensive garden and a furnished terrace. Very friendly staff, helps in any regards. Very nice resort overall. Room very good (we decided to come again end of our journey), great walks in the jungle, great location to relax.
