We did the 3 day trek through them which was incredible. We also saw some orangutans on the property and from our balcony.

Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with mountain or river views. I loved the stay in a hut so close to the nature, surrounded by quiet forest, stunning view and sound of river. Huts are simple, no electricity, which I liked. Owner took care of meals which were amazing. Also the trip to the jungle was very well organized with fruit snack and lunch. Huts are located on a hill to which lead a steep path but it is only 5 minutes hike. Alltogether maybe 30 minutes of walk from the village. You can leave your heavy stuff with owner and take only necessary things with you. During breakfast time expect visit of monkeys.

The staff was super nice and helpful; they helped us with our transfer from and to the airport and gave us recommendations for our trek. The trek was an amazing experience and we want to specially thank to our guide Mr Laughing! Also special mention to the delicious food that they provide (further than the super nice breakfast) and their great quality-price! Thanks for everything we will definitely come back!!

Mount Sinabung is 23 km from the lodge. Kualanamu International Airport is 93 km from the property. The architecture of room that is like the batak traditional house. Comfortable even though there is no fan or air conditional. The family room is spacious. The resort has nice landscape garden. There is a vegetable farm beside the accommodation. Have nice view of Gunung Sinabung. Although breakfast is not included, it's cafe also serves delicious western food. Like the quiet yet calming of the atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended!
