The food was good and the staff were all amazing. The room in my bungalow was spacious and beautifully designed. The place has its own wildlife farm and organize 2 hour safaris four times a day - you will see lots of antelope (springbok, sable antelope, impala, oryx) giraffe, zebra, ostrich and even rhinos.

Owner overseas. Credit Card machine not operational. Breakfast opens late, I needed to leave early. The staff did pack a takeaway for me. Only on night stay, so can't comment on the place. Staff tried their best to help with the credit card machine.

National Botanical Gardens Windhoek is 10 km from the lodge, while Warehouse Theatre is 10 km from the property. Eros Airport is 14 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and well prepared by the staff. Staff were very welcoming and present and always ready to help (found us a hair dryer, gave advice on surrounding area, always friendly). Room was in a separate cabin which was nice and quiet. Views were amazing. Location great for early day in Windhoek.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The place was so peaceful, i enjoyed staying at Out Of Nature and i recommend it. Special mention to Liezel, she was so kind and helpful. I will definitely come back

Daan Viljoen Game Lodge offers a children's playground and a barbecue. This is a beautiful property outside of Windhoek and a great place to stay if being in the city doesn’t capture your interest. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are wonderful, and the chalets are really beautiful, with comfortable beds, lots of pillows, a spacious shower, and a cool vibe. There are two hikes you can do affording you the chance to see some animals if you are lucky - I saw some giraffe and a herd of wildebeest. Animals can be found on the property too, particularly at night.
