When we arrived at Milford Sound Lodge, we were informed that the road would be closed the following day. Unfortunately we could not stay but the staff member, Gillian, immediately confirmed we could cancel without any penalties. The money was refunded promptly. We were disappointed we couldn’t stay as the lodges looked fab but with the amazing customer service we received, I have no doubt it would have been a wonderful stay.

A continental breakfast is available at the lodge. The host is exceptional. Property has more than enough facilities and had a lavish stay. Room was exceptional and mind blowing services. They also shared home made Cinnamon rolls which was really sweet of them. Their dog was so friendly. Thanks so much for your extraordinary services.

Our stay at Cabot Lodge was one of the highlights of our trip to NZ. It is a magical, idyllic location and our hosts Brad and Breidi and their team welcomed us with kindness and thoughtfulness in their attention to detail. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Church Hill might be the most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed. The location, the hosts, the accommodation, and the food were all amazing. Exquisite attention to detail!
