Wish we'd had more time just to relax and enjoy their gorgeous property!

Featuring free private parking, the lodge is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as snorkelling and cycling. Such an exceptional location and accommodation! Being 2 minutes from the amazing beach, but at the same time living in the middle of the jungle was the top experience in Panama. Even though the house gives the natural rustic vibes, it has all the neccessary amenities and is perfectly thought through. We did not want to leave and for sure will be back again!

Guests at the lodge can enjoy hiking and cycling nearby, or make the most of the garden. Maxxi and Jane were such great hosts. Jungle Paunch is a fantastic place to stay, and I would absolutely come back to this place. It's right down the road from the ocean and within walking distance to a few restaurants. The howler monkeys are loud in the morning, but it's exciting to be able to stay in nature and experience it so closely. Overall, you are instantly relaxed when you arrive at Jungle Paunch.

Guests at the lodge can enjoy billiards on site, or hiking in the surroundings. WOW, we LOVED our stay at Skully’s!! We kept saying over and over how glad we were that we had picked this place to stay, and were sad to leave and go to the next place after 2 days. We even recommended it to a couple we met later, who changed from their original hotel in Bocas town to Skully’s. The location was perfect — away from the town, but we super easy to get to the town by taxi, or as we did the second day, by renting electric bikes from Skully’s. The private beach was incredible — walking right outside our door and seeing the ocean and having lots of beach furniture free to use. They even provided 2 beach chairs in our closet which was such a nice touch. We also loved having the restaurant on site (all of the food was great — would have loved more local options, but we appreciated the convenience and variety) as well as the bar. Both the food and drinks were pricey, but we liked the convenience of them being there. We also enjoyed using the pool tables (billiards) and sitting in the pool/next to the pool when eating. Being able to rent electric bikes right there was great too. Have recommended it to many people since, and would definitely come back!!

The lodge has a restaurant and bar open 7 days a week. It offers a la carte service from 8am to 9pm. We stayed in one of the over water thatched villas. We loved it. Great room, loved sitting out on the deck, brilliant addition having the open sided table where you can feed the fish. Really well organised. Lovely team. We had a brilliant few days.
