I had a fantastic stay at this property for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The location couldn’t be better - it's just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Cascade Complex, right in the heart of Yerevan. Plenty of shops and restaurants are 1-2 minutes away, making everything super convenient. Although the rooms are not big, they’re incredibly well thought out. They include everything you might need - from essential amenities and bath products to those tiny, useful items you don’t usually think about but end up needing. The staff put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. We were even welcomed with some sweet treats and free bottles of water, which was such a kind gesture. But what made the stay special were the people. The staff were fantastic - always ready to help, whether it was giving directions, helping us arrange transport, or just being there whenever we needed something. Even after check-out, they let us store our luggage (and our friends' luggage too) in their luggage room since we had a very late flight. If you're visiting Yerevan, this hotel is a perfect choice. If we come back to Armenia, we won’t think twice about staying here again.

We really, really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. A new, cozy, modern hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a robe and slippers. The balcony overlooking the river gave us many pleasant moments over morning coffee and evening tea. Special thanks go to the staff of this hotel, very friendly, intelligent, always smiling, which made our stay even more comfortable. The ideal solution of the hotel management was to provide a transfer to the city center. I would like to separately thank the staff on the day of check-in for the help they provided on the day of check-in. Thank you for your holiday.
