beautiful cottage set in expansive, beautifully maintained gardens. lovely touches like log fire with endless supply of wood, lovely soaps etc in bathroom, robes in the cupboard. cottage warm when we arrived with lovely quiet jazz music playing. really set the scene.

The location was right next to the train station which was very convenient. Being next door to the Eastland mall was great too since it is a large mall with everything you could possibly need. The accommodation was great for my family including a toddler and a baby. The facilities were great and tidy.

Out of all our stays in Victoria, Australia, we loved this place the most. Run by Renee and Rob, Victoria House is a hidden gem. Renee at the reception was very friendly and suggested several places of interest. Rob personally delivered our breakfast tray with a big smile, showcasing their warmth and hospitality. The Victorian-style decor made us feel at home, and we were very happy with the lovely crafted ambiance.
