Very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and offered high-quality service. The breakfast was very nice and the quality of the amenities was also excellent. The location is in the new part of the city and conveniently located near the train station, malls and other shops.

Staff was very helpful accommodating my stay after my flight was diverted back to the destination due to bad weather. Pick up from and to the airport was really helpful. Location of the hotel is great, right across from the old town with access to most of the sights. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. Room was spacious with good temperature control despite being snowing outside.

Everything was super clean and the communication with the owner and personnel was perfect! Check-in, check-out, clean towels, etc. everything was perfect! The price for 4 nights was also perfect. A real gem conveniently located very close to Baščaršija, while at the same time the surrounding is quiet at night. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The hospitality was impeccable, it is obvious that Arijana and Emir put their heart into providing warm welcome to the guests. They are very responsive and give useful tips for the city. Overall this is a highly recommendable accommodation.
