Everything was amazing. From the location, to the cleanliness and the staff! The hotel is extraordinary and much better than the 5 stars hotels. Just next to the lake and all amenities. The spa is beautiful with outdoor sun beds. The restaurant has amazing dishes and unique cuisine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Unique interior and exterior. We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Residenz Alte Post. Our group of four booked a two-bedroom apartment, which was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The staff were extremely warm and took every opportunity to whole heartedly embrace their guests. Nadine is a treasure, a kind delightful soul. She was patient and informative, helping our party book train tickets to the airport. Dinner was a remarkable experience with every bite delivering pure delight. My highest compliments to the chef, whose culinary talent is evidenced by the rich, generous flavours of every dish. Would I recommend the Residenz Alte Post? Without a doubt! Quite frankly, missing out on this hotel would be a real shame, it is a treasure trove.

The hotel was really beautiful. In the old style decorated and the view from the balcony to the mountains was really nice. Cleanliness was 10/10! The breakfast was super delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
