We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

This accommodation is located 80 metres from Interlaken Ost Train Station and 6 km of Harder Kulm in the centre of Interlaken.

The location is excellent like 2 minutes walk from Interlaken Ost station with easy access to the bus station. The supermarket Coop is right opposite the hotel. The staff is siper friendly and the property is maintained very well. We would definitely recommend others.

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Spacious, great quality furniture and fittings and outfitted well- much more than just basic. Beautiful location. Rudy and Evelyn are extremely thoughtful hosts and from umbrellas to maps, towels and leads for restaurants and shopping, the guests are simply wowed. The kitchen has everything one can think of, including consumables and equipment. The garden is beautiful, there is a pool and a play area - with toys for kids! One has to stay here to experience the thought that it takes to provide a great experience. Perfect for 6-7 people! Plus Maya and Jack, the dogs are adorable!

The views are simply jaw dropping beautiful of the lake, castle and surrounding mountains, such a wonderfully peaceful spot but at the same time only 2 mins walk to handy bus stops and the local town restaurants. I could drink in that view forever! Peter was such a helpful and friendly host and made sure we were well set for a wonderful stay. Loved the helpful extras such as tea/coffee and guides. Kids loved the easy access to both a grass and a Astro football area both within 2 mins of the property. We loved the local fitness park swimming pool too. Comfy beds and clean property, a stay here is not to be missed!
