The Jacuzzi was amazing. The young lady at the reception was super polite and attentive. She is the best quality of this hotel after the amazing Jacuzzi room.

staff were extremely friendly, 24hour reception and very helping and flexible, I booked for the wrong dates and they corrected it without any problems.
