Everything was excellent -- the staff was super friendly and kind , we even asked to have a different bungalow and the receptionist, lovely Alejandra, could find us a room that was higher up the hill like we wanted :)) The cleaning ladies were lovely and made sweet animal designs with our towels, the restaurant and bar staff were very warm and kind, the breakfast buffet was great , the views of the volcano were excellent, the overall quality of our room was amazing, also the fact that the rooms were bungalows guaranteed privacy and quiet --- all in all we were very pleasantly surprised with everything ! !

The property is amazing, you truly feel in the rainforest. We saw sloths, motmots and other birds. Staff was really nice and food was really good as well. They have a lot of options for people with food allergies / intolerances and are constantly asking if someone needs alternatives or something to pay attention to. We definitely want to visit again!
